Shandong Maideen Machinery Equipment Group Co., Ltd. hereby issues the following solemn announcement regarding the unauthorized use of our name and trademarks by our former distributor, Shandong Maideen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
Shandong Maideen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was formerly an authorized distributor of our Group, and we had licensed it to use our registered trademarks to promote and sell our Group products. Because that company has long defaulted on payments owed to our Group and has repeatedly failed to settle them, our Group has formally terminated all cooperation and trademark licensing with it as of August 27, 2026. The Notice of Revocation of Authorization has been notarized by a notary office and duly served on the company in accordance with the law.
From the date of termination, Shandong Maideen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. holds no distribution qualification or trademark rights of our Group and is unauthorized to represent our Group in any business activity in any form.
Our Group has verified that, after termination, the company has continued to use our Group trademarks without authorization and to promote products, accept orders and make sales under our Group name. Such conduct constitutes unauthorized use and false impersonation; all related business has no connection whatsoever with Shandong Maideen Machinery Equipment Group Co., Ltd. All legal and economic liabilities arising from orders, payments, product quality and after-sales related to that entity shall be borne solely by Shandong Maideen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and our Group assumes no liability.
Important Foreign-Trade Payment-Risk Notice
The sole designated foreign-currency receiving entity for our Group foreign-trade business is: Shandong Maideen International Trade Co., Ltd. Any PI, CI or other business document bearing our Group logo or trademarks, but whose foreign-currency receiving account is NOT Shandong Maideen International Trade Co., Ltd., is a fraudulent document. Customers at home and abroad are strictly prohibited from transferring payment to such accounts, to avoid economic loss.

If a trading party, knowing that the authorization has been terminated, continues to transact with Shandong Maideen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., all risks and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the transacting parties themselves.
In response to Shandong Maideen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. continued trademark infringement and unauthorized conduct under our Group name, our Group has fully preserved all evidence of infringement and will pursue all available legal means - including litigation and administrative complaints - to hold it legally liable and protect our Group brand rights and market order.
