First check the remote controller battery level and replace the batteries if they are low. Make sure you stay within the effective control range and keep away from signal blockers such as metal objects and walls. Restart both the machine and the remote and re-pair them. If the problem persists, contact MAIDEEN after-sales service to have the receiver inspected.
